First Day of School!!! I'm not sure who was more excited the children or me! :) We really have had a great summer; however, there is something to be said for routine and a schedule that helps get things done :) The children had a good time seeing friends, and meeting their teachers. It should be a great year!

Amelia and I stayed home and got a couple things done that I've been wanting to do all summer, but couldn't. However, I had unrealistic views of how the day was going to be, and I soon realized that having Amelia home by herself will still require my time and energy to keep her busy! She wanted to pick from the family fun jar, and the slip she drew was "Making Fruit Loop Necklaces", which kept her very entertained ;)

Everyone is soooo big! Especially Megan! I'll always think of her a tiny little girl!
Emily, we are in the same boat. My kids wont start until the 8th... but I know Ella will need some entertaining while they are at school. Thank goodness for a couple hours 3 days a week she will be having fun in preschool. I would love to get these little girls together!
AHH, I have finally had a chance to catch up with your blog! LOVE LOVE LOVE you NEW blog and will be checking that often for yummy ideas. It all looks amazing and you are amazing for attempting all you do. But we already knew you could cook, this just let's us know all your secerts. I love how you have the kids comments on each new creation.
OK you have one in middle school, are we really that old yet, I still got a few years, but WOW that came fast. Your kids are darling! We will have to swing by someday for the girls to play and catch up!
