What Happened in Vegas....

My good friend, Dyan and I went to Vegas this last weekend and we really had a good time! I had never been to Vegas and I loved seeing all the amazing hotels and shows (KÀ by Cirque du Soleil was AWESOME!!) The weather was warm and we tried to make it a relaxing couple of days! :) Here are some of my favorite pictures from our hotel tours...

Caesars Palace front gardens with a hint of the Bellagio in the background...

The pool area at Caesars Palace...I love the columns and greenery...
I loved the hot air balloons at the Bellagio...

The "Eiffel Tower" at the Paris Hotel...
This was my favorite thing to see...the Fountain at the Bellagio...this was the view from the "Eiffel Tower" while the song "Time to Say Goodbye" (Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli) was playing!!

View of the strip from the "Eiffel Tower".

I can't believe with all your traveling that you have never been to Vegas! So fun that you got to go with one of your most favorite girlfriends too. Vegas is fun to visit that is forsure, but not a place I would want to stay forever...

we love vegas. We had given up on getting pregnant. hehe. Kevin had a convention for football coaches in vegas. I went and slept in, walked 5 miles each late morning, watched movies in my room. Then when Kevin got done with his classes, we ate and ate and ate, did a little walking. What happens in vegas............doesnt stay in vegas..... Bridger. hehe so he is our vegas joke. We laugh all the time. Relaxing really does help. It really was one of my favorite vacations because I got to relax each day for 4 or 5 days, I cant remember. I loved all the lights and sights. Vegas is so much more than just gambling. We were actually there over valentines day and there were beautiful brides and bridal parties everywhere. In big beautiful wedding dresses. Not just thank you mam chapels.

OK, I guess I live too close to Vegas for it to be "cool" anymore. I don't really care for Vegas, but I have been there too much. We only try to go now if we have to go to the airport or we need to shop for something that we don't have here. Glad you got to see it... and that you had a great time. :) Maybe I'd like it better without kids.....
